- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code of our AI models.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Attempting to bypass any limitations or restrictions on the Services (e.g., API rate limits).
3. Intellectual Property
The Services, including but not limited to our AI models, algorithms, software, and documentation, are and will remain the exclusive property of KXN Technologies and its licensors.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any data, text, or other materials you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
AI Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, KXN Technologies assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the output generated by the Services based on your inputs.
4. Confidentiality
"Confidential Information" means all non-public information disclosed by a party to the other party. We agree to protect your Confidential Information with the same degree of care that we use to protect our own confidential information of like kind, but in no event less than reasonable care.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KXN Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
